Customer Service These Days

Jul 23rd, 2010By: Comments 3

Customer service is still done correctly today. More after one that isn’t.

Read this example of not so great customer service.

Besides the obvious reasons to never buy from this online retailer, the email from the CEO clinched it.

“Your email just reached the top of my inbox and its kind of late, so  I’ll try to wrap this up tomorrow”

Really? Even if they resolve this camera problem, I will never buy from them. Ever.

I made my big camera purchases from Adorama. My decision was based on reputation. They  shipped quickly and I got the advertised product at the advertised  price. That’s how it should be, and I’ve never had a conflict for them to resolve, so I can’t speak on that. However, for my big camera purchase, I emailed them a question after ordering. I got a next day response…by phone.

Perhaps that’s how Adorama earned their reputation.

Posted via my phone app. I’ll fix mistakes later.
