Cucumber Noodles!

I like spaghetti squash as a substitute for pasta in salad type dishes. I’m definitely going to try making cucumber noodles, especially since my mint is finally bursting forth and growing. I thought that big rash of 100-degree days we had at the beginning of June was the doom of my herbs.

Now I’m hungry.

And speaking of mint, we went to South Park after Ada’s dance class, and one planter around the kids playground is filled with mint. The must have recently had a growth spurt because yesterday, I smelled it just walking through. I couldn’t smell it during any of our previous trips.
