Slushies are dropping from the sky
We went from 60-70 degree weather to snow in a couple of days. Ah well, this isn’t atypical. It feels really cold outside probably due to the wet snow.
Dinner tonight is going to be an oven braised Boston Butt (pork shoulder). I’m using OK Joe’s rub and adding liquid smoke to the braising liquid. I have fresh broccoli that I need to cook. I’ll do…something. I’m going to make rolls as well.
I’m also taking the kids out to scope out lighting and set-up for a photo. I’m taking a group shot to go in a Yellow Page ad.
