One for the scrapbook
I have a cut on my finger which was hurting because Jay was squeezing it. I asked him to let go because I have a cut on my finger and he was hurting it. He did and then told me that I needed a man-aid* to make it feel better. Awesome.
Today is our anniversary. We are doing nothing for it. I am making dinner for him–baked chicken finger, mashed potatoes and green beans. It is the only thing that Mac likes to eat enough to request it. I took out my starter to nurse it last night. I’m going to make another loaf of sourdough today.
I have a few chores that I would like to get done, but the weather is sooooo nice out — just like on our wedding day — that I really want to take the kids outside to do something. Besides kicking them out in the back yard to play.
