What’s Cooking Monday
Tonight’s meal is slow cooker pork ribs. I give them a rub, provided by OK Joe’s, put them under the broiler to brown a bit and then throw them in the slow cooker with a tad bit of Jack Stack sauce and cook on low for about 5 hours. I have corn on the cob and leftover spinach to make a salad for sides. I keep wanting to try different flavors with the corn, but I love it with butter, salt and Florida seasoned pepper. I find myself never really changing how I cook it.
