I guess I was due for another one
Yesterday was an all-day headache day, but it was mild and tolerable. Today was a migraine day. I was starting to get nauseated with light and sound aversions about 30 minutes before I needed to pick up Ada. And this one included my sometimes general confusion. I was also starting to collide into things, couldn’t get the bathroom light on because I kept hitting the fan switch instead of the light switch, and couldn’t figure out how to change the time on my phone alarm despite owning the phone for two years and doing it many times. I could have been late picking up Ada not because of the pain but rather the fact that I couldn’t figure out why the car wasn’t going out of the garage. It was because I hadn’t actually put it in reverse.
I managed to get Ada home, fed, and instructed about staying in the house and coming to get me if the doorbell rings. Then I went to bed. I’m back at having just a regular headache.
Dinner tonight will not be smoked pork as originally planned. Instead we will have, um, I don’t know. Something that requires very little effort on my part. Like delivery.
