The latest business to fall in Lawrence: Blue Heron. It is probably falling because it is my favorite place to window shop. I haven’t bought much there, but I loved, loved walking around there.

The going out of business sale is this weekend. I didn’t go. I have children. People with children don’t buy things at Blue Heron. I’m having a hard enough time protecting my beautiful pre-child table from my children, and Jay destroyed one of my pre-child Blue Heron lamps already.
