The Ada Intervals
I let Ada command my interval training today. When Ada said run, I ran. When Ada said walk, I walked. When Ada said to run, she often followed it by a command to run faster. At one point, I told her she needed to let me catch my breath before she cracked the whip again.
Now Ada says that I should take a shower because I’m stinky. I agree that the Lush lemon soap would be a vast improvement over my current scent.
