Asparagus Stir-Fry
This recipe for asparagus stir-fry just appeared on 101 Cookbooks. I have to say that this ranks as one of my favorite. I didn’t add spinach because I forgot. The only change that I would make would be to reduce the lime juice a little. Although, I may not because Ada ate it all. Even the asparagus. Without gagging.
I made pizza dough tonight for tomorrow. It has been separated and in the fridge. I almost forgot about it. My kitchen is still 86, so it rose really quickly. Tomorrow, pizza!!
