Weekly Menu: Editing as I go
Here is the weekly menu for March 8th. I’m editing as I go, so you will probably see it pop back into your feed.
Sunday: Grilled fajita shrimp/bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp
Monday: Shrimp scampi — I have leftover, uncooked shrimp. Bacon and garlic scrambled eggs were made for breakfast since I had the bacon from yesterday.
Tuesday: Steak bacon rolls on the grill, corn–also with bacon.
Wednesday: Gnocchi, with a brown butter mushroom sauce
Thursday: Sushi!!! Mac picked up sushi on the way home from getting Jay!
Friday: Pizza–Mac bought me 25lbs of high gluten flour form Costco. I made the dough Thursday night. We had pepperoni.
