Tonight’s Dinner
Here is dinner for tonight. I’m trying to take more photos, and dinner seems like a good time to pull out the camera. However, it also isn’t a good time because I’m in a hurry to get the table set and the kids at the table. Still, as long as I learn as I go, I should be fine.
This dinner turned out great. I have a big container of dried mushrooms from Costco, and I bought the gnocchi instead of making it. This meal only took about 25 minutes to make, not counting the time to rehydrate the mushrooms, and it was my first time making it. This ranks as a very good, quick meal. I also was able to use the rest of the spinach. Mac really liked it, and maybe I’ll try making my own gnocchi–on a weekend because that will really, really add to the time.
