Day 91: Trip to KU
I made a trip to campus today for t-shirts. For any gift-giving holiday or any t-shirt producing event, it is my duty to load up with KU apparel for distribution. It has been my duty since…well, we will just say “a long time.” I have bought many KU items. Today was no different, so I made plans to head out over lunch, and this time I decided to take Ada with me. We headed to KU to go to the Kansas Union for a trip to the bookstore. Ada was excited to see that many Jayhawks in one place. She Rock Chalk chanted at everything she saw. She also behaved very well. I did not have to make her hold my hand. She stayed by me, and didn’t proceed to take everything off the shelves. I went for the pom pom to keep her entertained. She picked up the Jayhawk somewhere along the way, so we brought it home. The shirt was just because everybody was getting one, so we couldn’t leave her out. She picked one out for James too.
