Winter Weather Advisory
Interesting weather report for today. This is why we had family day yesterday because the weather today will be stormy as it turns back into snow and winter tonight with a high of only 31 tomorrow.
I’m happy for this one last* blast of winter because I have some bison that I want to use for chili, and I cannot make chili when it is spring. Chili for me is a seasonal food.
The big question is since it is 70 outside right now, why am I sitting inside the house? Oh yeah, chores. Always chores. Laundry to do. Bathrooms and kitchen to clean. I’m feeling really run down today, so that will probably be the end of my cleaning. I need to step it up and get it done. I would love it to start storming around 3:00 as predicted. I also love to just sit and enjoy it.
*I’m being overly hopeful for Kansas, I know. I want to pack up the winter clothes in two weeks, saving only a few items for one-off cold days. So, no more winter blasts after this one, please.
