Day 53: New Toy
Here is the new toy to which I keep referring. Now, to be able to spend time with it so I can learn how to use it well. I at least now have way more options for bouncing the flash since I can tilt and swivel the speedlite to my liking rather than the business card approach I had been using with my built in flash which only bounces the flash up.
I bet it won’t be long before I get an off shoe cable and probably a diffuser if I don’t end up DIYing a diffuser. I didn’t get either just to trim down costs due to upcoming unemployment. I went ahead and got this now to take advantage of Canon’s instant rebate that was just about to expire.
Good thing that head swivels. Would hurt, otherwise.
