Yes, for those of you that know, those are my toes. This is Mac’s Valentine’s Day present.
For those of you that don’t know, when I was a child, I declared that painting your toenails was stupid, and I was never going to participate in this strange ritual. Until last night, I never, ever, ever have. Just for Mac, I threw away this strongly held belief. I even picked red instead of my new teal that I picked up on Saturday*.
I still think it looks kind of stupid.
*I’ve gone back needing some wax for the back of my hair with my cut that I got last week. I went to purchase some, and I repeated over and over and over “I will not buy nail polish. I will not buy nail polish.” There was a buy one/get one free sale, so I ended up with teal and this purple/pink with gold sparkles. Yeah.
