Flock 1.1 is coming soon
Flock Browser – Flock 1.1 is coming soon
I love Flock. It has become my standard browser. If you still haven’t taken my advice and tried it out, please grab 1.0 and give it a spin. Well, I should say it is worth checking out if you have a blog* via Blogger, LJ, WordPress, MovableType, Xanga; use online bookmarking site such as delicious or ma.gnolia; use media sharing sites like Flickr, YouTube or Photobucket. It is the best use of open source code (Gecko–Firefox’s code base) that I’ve seen recently. If you already use Firefox, then you get all the love of that and then some.
Version 1.1 is adding GMail and Picasa integration.
*I still hate that word. I really do. I cringe everytime I have to type it.

My biggest problem is I’ve got 3 computers. I could easily get Flock onto my home machine, but that leaves my corporate controlled desktop and laptop Flock-less. I could see myself really liking it and wishing I had it at work for breaks (like now fr’instance.)
Oooh, wait, I’ve got an IronKey that already has a version of Firefox + TOR built in. I wonder if I can install Flock into it. Maybe I’ll try that tonight.
