I played games for a Wii bit today.
We had unhooked the Wii when we replaced the carpet, and only got around to hooking back up New Year’s Eve. I spent a lot of this afternoon playing Super Mario Galaxy with my mom. It is a lot of fun although I claim not as fun as I found Super Mario Sunshine.
We really don’t play our Wii that much preferring the XBox 360 instead. I think I need to give Super Monkey Ball another go. The last time I played it, it was right after I had surgery so I was limited in the games I could play.
I downloaded some updates. I was wondering when the Internet Channel was suppose to not be in beta anymore. It turns out a long time ago, it just doesn’t alert me that it is there. I had to go get it from the shopping channel. I haven’t bought any games yet from the Wii shopping channel, but Super Mario 3 is tempting me as is Blades of Steel. My brother and I used to play BoS all the time! I’m wondering if I would find it as much fun or it is just a sentimental excitement seeing the title.
