Just got back from my weekend shopping trip for groceries, and the one thing that I felt I must mention is that there are Christmas decorations out. Yeah.

I picked up a new pair of casual shoes for me, a new pair of bigger and easier to put on shoes for Ada, and a pair of winter dress shoes for me. My summer shoes will work with it being in the mid-80s still, but when I went dress shopping after my gall bladder surgery, I picked up one dress a size smaller than the others. It was pretty tight at the time, but fit. Now, the other dresses are getting a bit too big. I tried on the smaller dress while I was getting dressed today. It fits perfectly. I just needed shoes for it. Now I have them, and will wear the dress to work on Monday. My work pants are getting too baggy as well. They stay up, but I look like I'm wearing pants that don't fit. I'm going to try to make it work for a few more weeks, but I'm excited to go get some clothes that fit.

We also stopped by the Halloween store. Ada and James now have costumes. I picked up one of the cheaper hanging skeletons to add to our decorations–grabbing this particular one because it has remanents of red hair. I did awe over the life-size animatronic Jason Voorhees, and pouted at the price of the animatronic Jason Voorhees.

Half of the closet has been organized, next week meals planned, and half the laundry done. I just need to finish Mac's half of the closet, clean the bathroom, mop the kitchen floor, and steam clean my crappy carpet that needs to just be replaced. And get rid of my headache that I've had all day. And transfer all our testing data to another environment, and finish up one work task before testing starts Monday morning. Oh, and clean the car and replace the velcro on the K-Tag. I need to wash the car, but I think it is going to rain tomorrow. If I wash the car today, it will rain tomorrow. I also feel like I need a nap.
