Errchkk! My throat! Pain!

I’m so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open, and I came home and went to sleep after work until 8:00. Then I got up and ate dinner and then went back to bed. Yet, I’m still so freakin’ tired.

Have to get the Mercury fixed. A trash can fell off the back of a truck that we were following on I-70 yesterday. It tore a good hunk off our front bumper apart.

Mac found the receipt to my camera for my 4-year warranty, so it is going to be sent in for fixing today. It took 3 weeks for them to fix the laptop. I hope that I get the camera back before Christmas.

My ring is going in for its 6-month inspection for its warranty. It is a little bit of a pain to have to send my ring in every 6 months, but if it means that I get it repaired for free if anything happened to the setting, then so be it. I hope that I don’t forget where it is and then go on a searching spree looking for it. That is why I’m documenting it here. Mac’s watch band broke as well, so it is going in with the ring to get fixed.

Geez–lately it seems to be all about things breaking around here. Please, let my new appliances be happy. So far, they seem to be. The fridge is laying eggs* and the second batch is clearer, so I think after I throw that one out, the fridge eggs will be ready for use**.

I’m working at home today, so besides the stuff on my work TODO list, I want to do some laundry, transfer all my food from the old fridge to the new one, clean up the kitchen, and run to the store for out of stock food items, something for dinner tonight, and a few things for food that I have to take to work on Friday for our Thanksgiving potluck. Hopefully, this will be the last time that I use the old oven to bake. I should be getting the new one right after Thanksgiving.

We were going to get a small chest freezer to put in the unfinished part of our basement for storing more food, but the freezer in the new fridge is bigger, so we thought about keeping the old fridge in the basement for extra storage until it poops out on us. We’d have extra beverage storage too. Having extra refrigerator space may come in handy for Christmas as well.

**Since it is new, the hose has to clear of its, um, newness.
