An Ada First and Second
First: Ada has finally discovered her feet. I didn’t think she was ever going to, but now all she does is grab her feet and shove them in her mouth. She’s pulling her socks off now too.
Ada and I took our first bath together. She does not fit into her infant tub anymore. She also cannot sit up by herself yet. It is too hard for me to lean over the tub and hold her because she goes crazy when she gets into water. So, I got in with her. It was much easier to handle her once she started flailing her arms and legs. It is a lot of fun watching her splash around and giggle.
Second: Ada’s second tooth has popped above the gumline. Now her two bottom ones are in. It is probably time to start sprouting some top teeth.
Mac and I went to a Halloween party Saturday night. Thanks a gazillion to Simone for babysitting.
Here are our costumes. I had a hard time keeping the top of my banana up. Flacid banana.
I have this rule in October that all movies watched have to be scary movies. My gawds, The Exorcist III is really, really bad. Not as bad as The Howling IV, though.
