Thanks to those who stopped by on Saturday night. We don’t get out as much as we used to, you know. It was nice to have some small time with adults. Maybe as soon as I get back into my work routine and start my regular work from home days, we can have a bi-or-tri weekly gathering at our place during the week. There was a small group of us that did that every Friday, and I sort of miss it.
I’m getting Ada’s stuff ready for her first day at daycare tomorrow. I have packed just about everything, but now I have to label everything. I’m printing some out right now. They also require that all bottles be label with her name and current date. I’m planning on bringing what I pump every morning and taking it back home in the evening, so I don’t see the point of putting the current date on it. That means I have to peel off stickers and put on new ones every night. So, if they get ansy about it, I’m printing some labels that read “Date.today();” that will save me the hassle of changing the stupid stickers. I have a feeling I will miss Ada, but I am excited to go back to work all the same. We will see how long that lasts.
