Tasks completed

Slept in until 1:30pm. Needed to catch up on sleep. At my Dr. appointment last week, my blood pressure was a vein-popping 160/80. No wonder I’ve been having mind-splitting headache after mind-splitting headache. I’ve never had high blood pressure before. Must get it down before I explode. Being well-rested good. Check-up again in two weeks. It could have just been a freak occurance-lack of sleep combined with having to tolerate hours and hours of crying.

Wire has been ran under the carpet for the back speakers to our stereo system. No tripping over wire. Yippee!

New HD switch added to entertainment center adding remote #6. Good thing for the remote commander. Some reprogramming of remote has been done. The PS2 is now hooked up. We were out of component video inputs for the tv. Next, the return of the GameCube.

Ditched Gallery and switched to Coppermine. Photos will be updated soon to our photo album. Updated some things on the server while I was at it.

Got the computer hooked up to the tv running after it was knocked out by storms. I can now get to our file storage to upload missing pictures, including those from faire last year. I can also keep updating the DVD list and get to all our financial info. Time to update Quicken.

Got a Bjorn carrier for Mac to use because he didn’t like the mei tai.

Ada is asleep for hopefully her 6 hours stretch. I too should go to bed and get some sleep.

Tomorrow: Run more wire, paint molding for Ada’s room, buy vege steamer, figure out how/where to run a back-up of two 250GB sata drives. DVDs seem inadequate.

Oh, I looked it up. I can buy my 316ft of wood fence for $1500 including tax. Do I really want to pay somebody $5000 to install it? No, no I do not. So, we are still looking for fence solutions. We’ve had one suggestion of somebody else to call. We will try them.
